1 General Introduction

3 Account Management and Security

Each user is personally responsible for the complete security of their account. Keeping the password confidential and not sharing account details with anyone is each user's obligation.

3.1 Account Security

Sharing login credentials (username and password) with any third party is prohibited.
If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, tk1991's support team must be informed immediately.
Any transaction completed as a result of unauthorised use by a third party is the responsibility of the relevant account holder.
If multiple members of the same household use separate accounts, each account's details must be distinct and independent.

3.2 Right to Close an Account

tk1991 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in cases of breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity or any prohibited conduct.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on tk1991 can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank).

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name; use of third-party accounts is not permitted.
The account balance is updated as soon as a deposit is successful.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

If any money laundering or fraudulent transaction is suspected, tk1991 may hold the relevant withdrawal request and review the account. Further information or documents may be requested in such situations.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

tk1991 provides bonuses and promotional offers to users from time to time. Each offer has its own terms which must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus giving a balance of ৳2,200; before withdrawing that bonus, ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
If the bonus terms are not met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it may be forfeited.
If misuse or unethical exploitation of bonuses is proven, the account may be closed.
tk1991 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.

6 Betting and Game Rules

tk1991 offers betting on various sports including cricket and football, as well as slots, live casino, fishing games and more. The general rules below apply to each section.

6.1 Bet Placement Terms

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error will be considered void.
In the event of a dispute over a result, tk1991's decision will be considered final.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Using any software bot or automation tool to place bets is strictly prohibited.
Deliberately betting on two opposing outcomes in the same match to exploit bonus benefits is prohibited.
Using multiple accounts to claim bonus or promotional benefits is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to server issues, loss of internet connection or any other reason, tk1991 will determine the result of that round in accordance with its standard policies. No compensation claims will be accepted in such cases.

Service interruptions due to unexpected technical problems or scheduled server maintenance.
Login credentials being exposed due to the user's own carelessness.

Any financial or other loss the user suffers for any of the above reasons is entirely the user's own responsibility.

11 Intellectual Property and Content Use

12 Amendment of Terms and Enforceability
